1. What Atlas Markets is

Atlas Markets provides AI-generated analysis, scores, market data, news and a track record of past analyses. It is an information and research service. We are not a bank, investment firm, asset manager or financial adviser, and we do not act on your behalf.

2. No personal advice

The content is general and does not take into account your personal circumstances, financial position, knowledge, experience or objectives. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation, invitation or inducement to buy, sell or hold any specific financial instrument.

For decisions tailored to your situation, consult a licensed, independent financial adviser.

3. AI-generated content

Analyses and summaries are generated in whole or in part by language models (including Claude by Anthropic). AI can make mistakes, misread data or fabricate information. Treat AI output as a starting point for your own research, not as established fact, and always verify important figures at the source before acting on them.

4. Market data and accuracy

Prices, fundamentals and news come from third-party and public providers (including Polygon and SEC EDGAR). This data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We make reasonable efforts to monitor quality but give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and are not liable for decisions you base on it.

5. Account, trial and subscription

• An account is personal. You are responsible for access to your email and account.
• New accounts receive 5 days of free access. After that a paid subscription (Premium or Pro) is required to keep using the platform.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Their terms and invoicing apply to the payment.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not sell investment products or manage money.

6. Connecting your broker

If you connect your brokerage account (for example directly through the Trading 212 API), it is strictly read-only — to display positions and balances. Atlas Markets places no orders, executes no trades and moves no money on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for your own, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute data or analyses, or abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design, text and curated analyses of Atlas Markets are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for as long as you hold a valid account.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Markets is not liable for indirect damages or for investment losses arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service. For material changes we update the date above and, where reasonable, notify you by email. We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse or breach of these terms.
